Q: Do you do worldwide shipping?

A: Yes! I am shipping from the US and am able to ship worldwide. Any international orders may take up to a month longer to arrive.

Q: Do you do refunds/returns?

A: No, all sales are final. If a product is damaged, depending on level of damage, a replacement may be sent free of charge. Proof of damaged product must be sent.

Q: Why does my charm look scratched?

A: There's a protective film layer on every acrylic charm without epoxy!

Q: Can I combine my order?

A: Yes! If you order separately before the pre-order period/shop closes and would like to combine your order to be shipped together, please send me a message asap on my socials (@neokayii) or by email at [email protected], and I will do my best to give you a refund for the additional charge. 

Q: What happens if for any reason, the package does not arrive/is sent back to the sender's address?

A: If it was a mistake made by the customer, shipping must be paid again to receive product. If it was a mistake on my part, product will be sent again free of charge.
